رسالة من الطلبة الليبيين  في استراليا  الى وزير التعليم   

ضرورة النظر في هذا الامر { الالتزامات المالية و المنح الطلابية }  بجامعة  غرب سدني  و بالاشارة الى ان هذه الجامعة  و غيرها من الجامعات  اثناء الثورة و  وقف الصرف على الطلبة قامت بموقف مشرف بدفع منح لهم بنفس المنحة الطلابية التي يتقاضاها الطالب من السفارة الليبية  والان الملحقية الطلابية باستراليا  لم تتحصل على اي تفوضات مالية  من وزارة التعليم . عليه,  بعد تحرير ليبيا و رجوع المياه الى مجاريها , لازالت الجامعة لم تتحصل على التزاماتها المالية  الخاصة  بدراسة الطلبة الليبيين . 

الى سيادة وزير التعليم المؤقر   قبل ارسالكم عدد عشرة الاف طالب للخارج  """" طبعا مع دعمنا لارسال الطلبة ولكن في ضروف احسن"""" و تقع في نفس المشكلة  كان الاجدر بك حل مشاكل الطلبة الليبيين المتواجدين بالخارج  في الوضع الراهن . مع العلم ان بعض اوضاع الطلبة في وضعا مزي للغاية , و مما ينقل صورة مشرفة عن حال المواطن الليبي الحر  القادم من اغنى دول العالم  ,, بعضهم يعمل في الخضار و الاسواق و غسيل السيارات بأستراليا وكل هذا من اجل اتمام دراستهم  . هذا هو مستوى الطالب القادم من دولة دخلها الشهري يقارب ثلاثة مليار ..علما ان الاغلبية من الموفدين هم من الدرجة العليا و الدقيقة ((ماجستير و الدكتورا))

وفي مامضى قد عرضنا هذه المشكلة مما يشير الى تخادل و تهاون وزير التعليم في هذا الامر 

وهذه عينة من احد الجامعات   تتطالب بالمستحقات المالية في غضون عشرين يوما والا سيتم الغاء تاشراتهم كما موضح في المرفق 

We sent you an email on 5 March 2012 advising you that you must have paid all fees in full by the Autumn 2012 census date (31 March 2012) or your enrolment would be discontinued.

As you have not paid your tuition fees by the deadline of 31 March 2012 your enrolment in course has been cancelled.

HOW DO I GET REINSTATED?

1. Pay your outstanding fees in full no later than 18 May 2012. Payments will not be accepted after this date.
2. Email the date and method of payment, reference number and receipt details to enrolments@uws.edu.au as soon as possible. When we have confirmed these details, we will reinstate your enrolment.

If you have any questions relating to the payment of your fees, or if you wish to lodge a written appeal against your discontinuation, contact enrolments@uws.edu.au.

REPORTING OF DISCONTINUATION TO GOVERNMENT

The University will report the cancellation of your enrolment to the relevant Federal Government department after 20 working days of this notice unless you are reinstated (see above) or lodge a written appeal against the discontinuation of your enrolment. The reporting is mandated by law and means that your Confirmation of Enrolment will be cancelled. This may lead to the cancellation of your student visa.
